    What are the benefits of becoming a Member? I dont mind paying the funds but would like to know....

    for me the biggest benefit is knowing that I help support a great community :) few websites provide such useful critique

    check on points 20 & 22 for some forum things http://www.birdphotographers.net/forums/guidelines.html

    speaking of that mine was expiring in a few weeks so I just extended it

    Adding to Jamie's points, you can upload images to the BPN server, have an album for some of your favorite images, and you are eligible for 'image of the week' and 'image of the year'.
