interesting dilemma!every day for the last two weeks when i walk my small yorkie i get buzzed by a grackel he attacks me one or two times by flying close or right at me.he does not appear to annoy the dog.i see no nest nearby any

Interesting, chances are that the nest is somewhere in the vicinity.

Agree with Axel, nest nearby. They like marshes. Probably you alone would not elicit a response (?)
