    Default Creativity Project: Common Crane pan blur

    This an oldy but one of the best panblur shots I got of the common crane a couple of years back. This was taken in the last light of day. Most of the water was already in the shadow explaining the darker colours. Luckily the crane flew through one of the last beams of light.

    Liked it a lot. thx for sharing. rule-of-thirds works very well here IMO. wonderful colors.

    Love the look (but not really a rule of thirds COMP :). The bird's head, though turned slightly away from us is remarkably sharp for 1/15 sec. The pan-blurred BKGR is killer.

    Here is a repost, with a bit less magenta (I think you were on to something :)) and the crop you suggested, am a bit undecided about that, like it either way I think.

    Very nice pan blur with very nice wing position. Colors look the same to me on my Apple Cinema.
