    Default GBH -- gathering branches

    D90 70-200VR+2X@400 1/2500 f6.3 ISO640 0EV handheld

    This one was taken about a month ago as I watched this guy repeatedly bring branches to add to the nest -- and this was not the largest one he gathered. It is almost full-frame. I cloned out a small limb protruding up into the lower right corner of the image. Comments welcomed.

    Not the largest it gathered!! Well this guy was choosing quite the sticks! Good comp and perch. The sky's colour seems just a bit intense, and there is a halo especially visible around the perch a lower body (likely from S/H). There are also a few cloning artefacts still visible in lower right.

    Daniel, thanks for your critique -- i see those artifacts now, and I agree about the sky color, i tend to over-saturate there . . .
