Went to a seminar yesterday and while we were waiting for it to start decided to gets some shots in. This is one of the pics I took.

Major cropping. Background cleanup and no adjustments.

It look a little soft here in comparison to what itlooked like on my computer.

Hi Vince, I like the way you framed the subject, muted backround with even lighting. I would have wished for more DOF and had the bee sharper. At that distance using F9 your going to get minimal DOF. I would have shot that at F22 seeing you had a clear backround. Shooting at these Fstops one needs a tripod due to the slower shutter speeds or have a high speed flash set up. In this case the light looks fine and I wouldn't have used a flash.

Hi Vince Agree with comments ... to the point and great !!!

With a mayor corp you are behind the eight ball from the start !! All little problems will be magnified !! Do like the composition and pretty bg !!

Hi Vince. I like the composition, and the flower is very interesting; plus a lovely green bg. Good advice above. By boosting the ISO you could have bought a higher f-stop, and/or a bit more shutter speed.
