Default Exposure Compensation in LR 3

Can someone tell me how to find what the EC was on a shot
when viewing the shot in LR.

I can see most of the shooting information right by the histogram.
    However, EC is not listed.

I appreciate any help with this.

If you shoot in Av Tv P it will be listed along with the other? Let me know !! If manual there is no compensation.

    Alfred I found it!
It is in the view menu. You have to enable the EC as one of the options.

    Thanks for your help

I can see it in Bridge but not in LR3. It shows the meta data, but there is no EV that I can find.

Bill in Lightroom, click on View - View Options - then in one of the drop down boxes
select Exposure Bias. That should do it.

Many people believe this, but there are two instances when there is compensation applied while shooting in manual mode.

    1. When using TTL flash.
    2. When using auto ISO.

Of course, neither is likely to apply here, but it's good trivia.

Yes that setting will give you the exposure bias but if your shooting in manual will not show anything ... there is no compensation .. just what you set !!

Gary is correct. You can select what you want to view by clicking those drop boxes. If you are cropping, then you can use that crop info too.

.... and with the "J" key you can toggle seeing the info or not, at times you just want to see the image !!!
