    Default RB Nut

Always nice when a plan comes together. Today I checked out some local nature centers with a friend. The chickadees were out in full force, but I was after this red-breasted nuthatch I had seen earlier in the week. We set up this perch and proceeded to wait a couple of hours. It only made one appearance and this is what I got.

Nice pose and a super sharp eye on this guy. The shine on the bill and the brightness of the white strip relative to the rest of the picture bother me a bit.

Hi Taylor !!!! If you are able to set up a perch would suggest picking something less overwhelming to the bird A branch or twig would be a lot better This one is overpowering the little guy

Also there is something going on with the post processing The feathers look pasted Agree with Jim on the bright strip Not sure if you could have set up in the shade !!! Love your plan and I'm sure you will be able to try again !!!
