    Sabyaschi,

I know you do not like to clone, but the branch over the nose and ear definitely spoils what is otherwise a fabulous image.

A very 'natural' environment shot Sabyasachi and although it is cluttered and goes against most thoughts I don't mind it apart from the branch over the nose.

Nice to see you posting. :)

Sabya, I like the light a lot here. Always like enviornmental shots. Any reason for not opening up further?

Agree with Ken here Saby, sometimes (at least for me) you just have to bite the bullet and use that darn clone tool.
A fine shot all the same.

I like the colors in this one. Nice contrast between the green and tan grasses. I'm okay with the branch touching the ear but the one blocking the nose would be tough to keep if mine. The other branches provide a nice framed opening for the tiger.

    Dear All,
Thanks for your kind comments. I agree with you all regarding the branch. Cloning goes against my philosophy, so wont clone. I agree that if that branch were a bit lower, then the head would have been better framed.

    Steve,
I have some backlog of images to process. The important ones for my purpose for example the ones showing impact of tourism etc has been shared in travel section and with the concerned authorities. And these days, more time is spent in filming with my Mark IV than clicking still images. Will convert and share a few.

    Kaustubh,
I did a contrast boost for sharing here.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Your personal ethics are your business and I am fine with your position but an image of an animal with a branch sticking in its face cannot be an artistic success....

    Thanks Artie!

Appreciate your feedback. I agree with you that every element has fall into place for an image to be successful.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi
