    Default Piping Plover (Project creativity)

From this weekend at our local beach. I had two elements in my foreground, piece of sticks and a sandy ledge. So decided to try and use them to frame the plover and this was the result. Not exactly as I would have liked but something I hope to try more of in the future.

    Love it, love it!!!
Plover is nice, but I find the veiled foreground makes the picture.
Thanks for being an important part of the project, like the inspiration for it :)
Got the idea from your older OOF post ;)

This is a very cool idea! I like the dreamy mood the foreground creates. Composition and angle look good, too.

Hi Grace - love it - Big fan of OOF foregrounds when used like this.

Beautifully conceived and executed, Grace. Very dreamy and easy on the eye. I love it.

This is really neat; I don't think I understand whats being done to achieve the effect.

Like the colors and contrast and agree with fabs that the lower portion is what makes this to me too.

Like the others, I like the dreamy look. The o-o-f stuff (they look like rocks and ??) in the foreground are distracting for me.

I like how the plover blends into the surroundings. Lovely soft light, and I like the placement of the plover in the frame.
