I felt that the slight greenish cast sort of brought out the blue of the subject, but then again I might be rationalizing... In any case I like the balance created by the vegetation. My usual fractalius treatment. Comments and critiique welcomed.

The feather detail on the wings and neck is wonderful. The vegetation on the foot - very nice touch. I like the warmer (green-yellow) cast to the background - it softens what may otherwise be a starker background (for me, anyway).
I like the image very much.

Bill, I like the soft green color in the background also. Seems to be a hint of noise in the bird. I like the pose and the composition w/ the vegetation. Nice work as always w/ the filter.:)

Bill, In addition to everything else that has been said, I also like the way the wings are posed - adds a great dynamic feeling to the image!

Great pose and I love all the algae over the foot. If it were mine I would clone out the OOF plant underneath the chest area.

Excellent image Bill! I really like the fract treatment on this one and the blending of the background and foreground is very interesting visually. Nice one!
