    Hi Everyone,
I thought that this might fit the Creativity Brief :D
I don't have the exif data to hand, but as I recall I was using the 50D and the 500 f/4 + 1.4 and was shooting wide open to get the dreamy effect. I love this look and did very little in PP. Taken at Nickerson Beach last August whilst on Artie's IPT.
Look forward to your C&C's as always :)
    Best regards to all,
    Nicki

    Very creative, indeed, Nicki !

I love the way the foreground bird seems to float in the ether.

I agree Nicki. The different species juxtaposition works very well.

Nice dreamy "Nicki look" The juxtaposition does work well as Robert noted. Artie is doing another IPT this August, should be good.:)

Really dreamy and interesting in the way the background bird fades out.

Great creativity with the bird fading in the the surroundings. I like the light and exposure in this too.

Very nice and very much your style :)
I'd just like to see a bit more definition on top of the skimmer's head.
Great to have you in the project!! :)

Thank you Fabs - I love the idea for the project :)
I'll try your suggestion for the skimmer's head.
