    Default Black Crown in Flight

With the light being less than ideal again this AM I decided to go to another spot and try some flight images. These birds and the Glossy Ibis seem to be nesting in a pond with no access , so the only shots are as the come and go.

I like the soft light, gliding pose and eye contact. If it is not a heavy crop, I would sharpen the bird a bit more and put him a bit higher in the frame.

Joe, Nice flight pose. I like the soft blue BG and agree w/ Axel's comments. :)

Joe, good flight angle in soft light, and agree moving him up in the frame will work.

Joe, very nice and I like it as presented. Position in the frame works for me as I can imagine that he is coming in to land.
    Best,

Soft light look works well. I agree with Axel on more room below as it looks like he is gliding down.
