    I was out shooting again today---no birds around where we were at so settled for flowers. I wish these could have been a full 3 but you gotta take what you can get.

    Shutter 1/320
    F10
    ISO 100
    28mm
    18-55mm stock lens
    Pattern Metering

    No cropping done and very little adjustment made in Photshop, mostly in Camera Raw.

    Hi Vince, Clematis can make for very nice subjects and three in a row can make for an interesting comp.
    A few things... first you captured most of the detail in the whites but there are a few areas where more can be brought out.
    When I shoot flowers I also try and find the best example of a species that I can. You have 2 good examples but one is past it's time and is not helping the overall image.
    I don't know if you have a macro lense(or closeup) but instead of shooting all 3 I might have gone after a closeup of one.

    Hi Vince Great advice !! Can add might like to brighten the image just bit and then darken the corners some for drawing attention to the center !!! Like it a lot !!!
