    That is the place to be Layton !!! Amazing the weather up there in May :)

    Like how you included the far tree line and if you could have gotten lower maybe include more of the trees !!! Having detail in the animal and snow is tough, might try increasing contrast in the whites? might obtain some texture !!! ... just wish I could have been there !!! ... btw at the end of Sept we had lots of snow there, twelve inches at West Yellowstone !!

    Nice image and I agree that including the trees in the bg adds to the image.

    Hi there. Great image. I used to take a lot of bison shots, but always in the summer which is hard because of their blending with the background. The winter shot looks great, and really makes the bison pop. Personally I don't really enjoy the treeline, as I feel it pulls my eyes away from the subject a bit too much. Maybe a tighter crop, and next time try a few shots with longer exposure (if the bison is static), and see if you can get a really creative shot from it. Nice work!
