    I like the feeding behavior, cactus, and sharpness and might desaturate the sky a little bit. Fill flash might have helped in this light.

    Tough light handled very well. As mentioned , a bit of fill might help but still a keeper all the way. Great behavior captured.

    Thanks, folks! Yes, Arash, the lens is a lot of fun. It's smaller and lighter than my 100-300mm f/4 making it much easier to hold. I think I'm going to have to invest in a Better Beamer -- I think I'm a bit too far away to use my bare 430EX even for fill.

    I'm no 'Photo tech quality' expert, but I sure do like this one!

    Have to admit I prefer behavior in Birdphotos though.

    Anyway, thanks for sharing this one
