Possible unauthorized use of image

Someone forwarded me this photo on a cheesy online photo sharing site

There are no credits, most likely just pulled off the web. I remember seeing this image in the Avian gallery here, if you know the photographer you may tip them about this. Good reason to water mark and embed your copyright info in metadata! and do not post your photographs on social networking sites like FB, myspace, twitter etc.

yeah, maybe it was on NSN(?) I remember commenting on it
