One of your extended family heard the news Harshad, 'Looking beyond 8000'. :)
This one is for you my friend, thank you for your kindness and generosity over the time. The Forum has been richer for it. Bandhavgarh will ROCK...

Harshad I think there are a lot of people here who have found your images & documentation, interesting and informative and possibly to the point of visiting the location too. Your passion & conviction at times has been evident within your shots, something us visitors can only sample. :):)
Keep them coming.

Nice straight on look. I think the strong, directional light here adds detail and character to the face.
Steve , this image must be from Ranthambhore NP , She is T5 , She is alive and mother of 2 male (T6 and T7) and 1 female (T8).
Steve,
I like the eye contact. Am tempted to backoff a bit on the sharpening front. The band at the back I guess is the concrete wall? Overall looks nice. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
Thanks Guys, where do you get your info from Harshad, very useful.:)
Sabyasachi, correct about the water hole, sadly nothing you can do. ;)

We have formed one group of tiger lovers who keeps track of all photographs of Tigers in NP of India. We have ID of all tigers in Ranthambhore since 2005 and Bandhavgarh since 2000, We are expecting to get database of all tigers in all NP soon , After some time whenever you shoot tiger ( ofcourse with camera ) in any NP, I will be able to tell you name or ID no

Brilliant, could send you some more T's if it helps for ID?

Steve,
I have been racking my brain to remember where I have seen this before.
Today I looked at the calendar:D
Silly me:confused:
Hi Steve, That gazes is captivating. The composition with the blurred background shows off your subject very nicely. I also like the ripples in the water. Well done.
