    can be seen in Israel between April to September in and around 3 nesting sites
    only about 20 pairs in the all of the country
    this photo is a fight between a nesting males and an invador

    I like the photo, very sharp and the splashes gives a great sense of action. I have only one slight wish it might be my monitor), the head of the Gull that is behind seems slightly out of focus, which is a pity. Selective sharping might fix that.

    Otherwise great image

    Nice action and good positions on both heads. Rear bird sharpness looks OK to me. I would have preferred not to have the green strip in the BG or intersecting the wing but with action images hard to plan the BG's out. Good work capturing the action.

    I like the interaction and angle. Judging from the green strip at the top, the image needs a bit CW rotation. I agree that the image were even stronger if the green band were not there. You could try to selectively sharpen the bird with the raised wings.

    the green in the back is grass behind the pool
    i will try to get rid of it, but it doesnt look too easy
    i agre that there is a feeling of a need to sharpen the back bird head
    i will try to do so
