Another from my work of a few weeks ago.

Kind of undecided about this crop although this is what worked best for my eyes even though it's a bit on the square side.

    Nikon D300s, 600VR, TC14EII, ISO 500, f7.1, 1/1000, CW Metering, NearUniWB, +0.3 EV

    Hey Jim,
even though I like tight crops, I might go for a bit more room right with slightly less top and left for my tastes.....perch, pose and light are fantastic!

One fine shot Jim. excellent pose, sharpness, comp, light, exposure and BG. Nothing to suggest :-) Very well done and TFS.

I like the crop Jim but I would include more room at the bottom because the texture of the rock is very sharp, interesting and not distracting, and would try some toning down of the sky to increase the contrast of the bird. The eye is just killer :)

Its a good thing when you just have to decide on the crop. Very well done!

Sweet, Jim, you got the best light, great EXP and sharpness, like it as presented.
