    Each spring, Linda and I look forward to the return of our purple martin friends from their long journey from South America. Apropos of this forum is this image of a purple martin busily supplying nesting materials for one of our many apartment units!

    They are fun and so hard to get !!! I like the exposure for rendering the shadow detail, well done :)

    ... our favorite PM condo was moved a few feet and they birds don't like it, they fly around it but will not land !!! ... had been there for years !!!

    They are fun to watch and photograph and are a nice challenge, too.
