This is taken in my backyard in Stoney Point, Ontario. It is a setup that didn't work as intended. The oriole went lower on the perch than expected so I had to clone out the edge of a house (top right) and some leaves (lower right). All C&Cs welcome and appreciated.

Cool pose, I also like the perch, eye contact and BG. I might raise the color temperature a bit.

Very nice diagonal formed by the bird and the perch, sweet colors and lots of detail. Congrats.

Love the pose and the placement of the bird in the frame, might not have gone as planned but still a a very nice image.

    Jim:

Very nice, well exposed, like the pose, very cool perch.
Sharpening is right on the edge of too sharp for my taste, but I am just an old softy:)

Ah the joy of setups, the birds don't always do just what we want.

    Cheers

very well done Jim, the colours look bang on to me, and I do agree with Randy, maybe just a titch over sharpened.
