Cute Layton.
Looks like there is a slight overall hint of magenta? Might run some NR over the Bg just to help reduce the slight noise appearing from the high ISO.

Post Production: It’s ALL about what you do with the tools and not, which brand of tool you use.
Layton - Definitely a cute image and I know they're called "red dogs" but I agree with Steve that there seems to be something off with the color.

Nice capture on the "great fun to be alive" shot. I would work on removing the cast as Steve has suggested and desaturate a bit.
Cute shot Layton !! Glad you had a great time with Dale !!!
... can also suggest more space, seems a little tight !!
Very sharp and I like the action. Agree about a little more space around the subject.
Not being familiar with Young Bison, I was not sure about the colour but thought that it was a little too red, the idea of more space would be good, otherwise a very nice image.
beautiful little fellow , agreed for more space

Hi Layton, I really liked the well-captured textures on the animal, the detail around its face, the BG and the surrounding soft colours. You got all the hard parts right for me. I do agree with the others above on the red perhaps a bit strong, and more space if you have it
Well done
Grant
I agree, it looks like a magenta cast. I get that a lot with my 7D. The image looks a little noisy, it looks like you had enough light to maybe have used a lower ISO.
