One of my entries in the Pro-Tour. I didn't make the top 10 portfolios, but I have at least one image in the top 110 images. We will know the details at the awards on July 10th.

Owning a 7D myself I can understand why you might not want to push the ISO too much higher, but I would have preferred a little more DOF to help get some detail around the front body of the bird.

IMO the lack of detail around the legs and perch really confused me a bit because of the little stick - it makes me think the bird has 3 legs...

Love the background and colors of the bird.

    Thanks for sharing.

Nice pose and eye catch, good sharpness on the head as needed. I agree about the oof area on the bird and would want a little more space on the right.

Hey Jeff, good bird, nice thin perch, and beautiful smooth gradiant BG. Critical focus seems to be on the bill...a bit more DOF would have covered the eye to get the whole face sharp. I would also reverse the current amount of space left and right.
