    Canon ID Mark IV, 500mm, L IS, 1.4 x t.c.,

    700mm, 1/500sec, f/8, ISO - 200.

    I chose a low ISO so as to get more details as the light was really brilliant at 1623 hrs. I liked the preening and also the wind had ruffled up the feathers. The bird was really comfortable, hence I settled for a lower shutter.

    That is one colorful bird, awesome feathers!!!
    Great EXP control, good face plane parallel to the sensor, nice comp, congratulations.

    Love this species but, unfortunatelly, I only have seen in captivity.
    You did a very good job on the exposure and the shooting angle. Love the preening action and confort expression in the bird´s face :)
