    From this afternoons at Fabs photo class .. was helping out ! Normally point out out thing to photograph and came up with this one !! We have walked past it many times but never photographed.

    The normal approach here would have been manually focusing on the water and letting it rip .. with a decent shutter speed to freeze the action having the bg oof .. tried going with a slow shutter speed also 1/20 sec for a unique look .. and might be the last time I give it a try ... Yes or no :eek::)

    Comments welcome and much appreciated

    Alfred,

    it's pretty cool. I like the effect. Something to try next time would be to back up a little so you could fit the whole rising column of water inside the window in the background. That way there would be repeating forms and the water would stand out more due to the higher contrast.

    Thanks Chris .... did not see that at all !!! Will go at it with a shorter lens see if it works, behind I have the paying booth !! ..idea will make a huge difference !!!!
