    1/250
    f/6.3
    iso 640
    fill flash 430 ex + better beamer
    tripod

    converted with ACR, processed with CS4
    removed the bottom of a feeder in the upper right corner
    this is approx. 75-80% of the original frame

    I'm pretty happy with this one as far as the pose, eye contact and technical aspects. Just wish the tip of his beak was separated from the tree.

    Hi Joel, I feel you did a great job on this. Good light,exposure HA,detail with the subject on a slight diagonal. I see no problem with the beak at all. Sometimes folks can go a bit overboard on things like that.Well handled!!

    Xcellent Joel - Big Congrats - beak doesn't worry me - Thats what they do - yes!!
    Techs look solid - like the pose and eye contact.
    Nothing to fault here - IMHO.
