I like the slightly stretched out landing pose, the fact that the perch doesn't merge with the wing/body.
The lighting was far enough to your right that you are going to have some fairly deep shadows in some areas.
Might try a little shadow work under the head and tail to even them out a bit, and try it under the wings, but there will still be some deep shadows there.
Thank you guys. With these guys, I found that we only have about 2 hours in the morning to shoot, beyond that, you get heavy shadow.
