    It is a perfect landing, and nice and sharp. might brighten the dark parts and the sky a tad.

    Hi Troy - excellent action capture! Agree with Arash regarding the blacks on the bird. Might want to bring those up a bit. Love that flared landing position! Super!!

    Excellent Pose - couldnt wish for better - Agree about the blacks and lightening the shadows a little.

    Thank you guys. Wind is one factor, and also the light. Depending on how late it is, I found that the best time to shoot is from sunrise to about 9.30am. Anything later than that, not easy to get everything lit.

    I will re-edit to bring out the shadow a bit more as suggested. Thank you.

    I used the dodge tool to bring out a little bit of details off the shadow area. I found that if brightened up too much, the shadow area tends to have blue cast over it. I wonder why. Has anyone experienced this before?
