Ah, nothing better than a dipper taking a dip. I like the head turn and the bath. The oof string of highlights and the dark blob just below them are a bit distracting but easily dealt with in PS.

Vert nicely done. Even though the light is soft it is from the left. This the face is a bit dark. Would love to see that selectively brightened.

In studying the image, I had exact same thought as Jim about upper right circulars.
That aside, this is a beautiful image of just the right moment....I sense good eye contact also

I like the pose and low angle. I have to agree with the face being a little dark but a fine image as it is.

Welcome, Lesley! I like the pose, angle and details. I would do a bit CW rotation and clone the bright band in the upper right. I agree on brightening the head a bit.

Welcome Lesley and thanks for posting an image of a species that I rarely see shared on sites. Nits already mentioned.

thanks, I already cleaned the BG water but don't know how to put the image in this thread, is that possible
    otherwise:
http://www.ltdphoto.com/nieuwstefoto...preeuwsite.htm it's the 7th picture from the top.
The image is too big (801 pixel) You can resize it and go to edit and 'go advanced' to post the altered image. I still think it needs some CW rotation. ;)
