    Nice exposure, sharpness, and head turn. I would probably trim a bit off the top and left of the frame, and perhaps add a little at the bottom. I would also try to bring out a little more detail in the blacks. To link an image properly, click the Insert Image button and paste your link there. Your image had URL tags on the outside and those prevented a proper thumbnail from being generated.

    I think more of a vertical crop would work well. Well captured with the eye.
