    The bird itself looks pretty good although its feathers look kind of messy:D not your fault anyway :) The biggest issue of course is the branches running across the photo from top to bottom, corner to corner, sitting between the viewers and the bird. Exposure looks good but would suggest open up some shadow areas.

    An interesting pose given by the bird, the concentrate look on the bird and good HA. I don't mind about the branch that the bird perched on, but the one in front block the body and part of the tail. It is hard when shooting bird up in the tree to get a clear view, sometimes we have to take what we got :)

    Ian,good detail on the bird and a nicely dappled backround. Agree with others above about the front branches blocking portions of the body.

    Ian Main thing is you got the bird dead center in the frame !!! As presented would do well moving some and the perch as noted overwhelms the bird !!
