    Nice catch, Jon....for both of you. Your back garden set up rocks. Love the angle, sweet BG and the food is a bonus. Well done.

    I like the clean setup, angle and eye contact. The food item adds to it. I would try to get more details in the blacks, particularly on the belly.

    Nice BG and composition. The caterpillar adds a lot to the image. I would probably go 1/3 brighter.

    I like the perch, BG and angle. The food really adds to this image.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone.
    Doug you have a good point there, I processed this image in the evening when the room was darker - just goes to show how much ambient light plays a part in image preparation:cool:
