    Well done Ian Did Great with the harsh light and framing, might take a little of the bottom since you have plenty of room for the tail ... and glad you got it in !!! In PS could lighten the neck area to eliminate the dark area !!

    Thanks, Alfred. Yes, even at the early hour, the desert sun was harsh this morning. I always struggle to get the whole tail in my lizard images, but this guy laid himself out to make it easier. I'll look at a tighter crop on the bottom - I like that idea - and I agree that I have to lighten up the neck a bit.

    Great to see the whole lizard in the frame. You got a great pose from the lizard. As already mentioned the back of the neck could use some lightening. I would also suggest selecting the out of focus background and blurring it a little more. IMO this would help the subjects head to stand out more.

    I agree with the previous comments. You had some tough light to deal with. Agree about the tighter crop.
