    There was another bird on this thorn shrub, when this guy just came from nowhere, and landed with breakfast in his beak.

    I like the wide open feet about to grip the perch. Although hard to control I wish the insect's leg was not slightly overlapping the eye. Very cool first post!

    Big welcome to BPN Stuart. Great to have you here and a lovely first post. Really like the action you captured in this image and the bug is a nice bonus. Eye contact would be nice but still a very nice capture.
