One Month Old Today
This is a nestling from the Green Heron nest I have been working for over a month. I have posted images from the nest a few times. Of the three babies in the clutch, this is the only one remaining. It finally come out on a branch in the open for a clear shot but has not yet fledged.

Harold, there is only 1 left. About a week ago, the other 2 were there one day and were gone the next. Since they were not fledged, we assumed that they were taken by predators or as some one mentioned, "they reverted to nature".Originally Posted by harold davis
