    Hi Vilma, Nicely muted backround and very sharp eye! I see you shot at F9 to give a bit more DOF to the subject.
    I would take a bit off the top and would have preferred(subjective) seeing more of the beak...

    Very nice capture, Vilma, you are doing great with birds. I like the clean BG very much and the pose. Agree with Dave on taking some off the top and adding to the right if you have more.

    cool preening pose with nice BG and sharp details. Agree with comments above regarding the crop.

    Hi Vilma I like how you got the eye parallel to the sensor plane, makes all the difference !!

    Might go for a tighter crop? Does looks great as presented !!!

    I like it as presented - especially the sharp off-center pupil focused on the task at hand. Tighter crop certainly a possibility.

    Hi - great comments and advice above - Do like it as presented - for my personal tastes would like to see more beak.
    nice details in the blacks - good clear sharp eye and BG Rocks.

    I really like the idea of the shot and if mine I might have a look at a tight vertical crop.

    Nice choice for dof.
