Something not quite right with the lower neck, though..

Bob, Really nice use of color on the filter. I like the pose and the clear eye. I also agree w/ the neck blur and maybe the area in front of the birds face. Great look achieved here:)

Thanks everyone for the comments....I agree I got a bit sloppy with the lower neck......back to the original but at least i have some idea of how the duotone effect is working...Thanks again!
