HOW do you guys get those images???? My hostas don't look that great!
love the sharp curved line and the repeating oof curves. The white edging next to the dark green gives very nice contrast. very nice.

    Thanks.
It is one leaf. It is the tip of the leaf, very small, and I was probably very close to MFD.

And you did this without extension tubes? Watch out for the macro contest! This guy's going to be someone to be reckoned with!

Fabulous image, Ovidiu! Perfect comp IMO - love the colors and the way it all floats in and out of itself. Just perfection! ;)

I have used ET (36mm) trying to find a nice compo with hostas but put it on-take it off and really do not remember if this one is with or without ET. I remember that I was pleased with this compo (this is not cropped) and shot only two frames just to be sure that focusing is right. So, I do not have other frames with this compo to compare and figure out if I was using ET or not. Is there a way to find out if ET were used? How can I do that?
What I am sure about is that the other hosta images I've posted are without ET.
    Thanks for comment!
