Awesome pose mate. Just love it. HA is PERFECT IMO! If you got room to the right, I'd say give a little more and some NR on the BG, but still sweeeeeeeet. :) Well done!

Awesome Stephen, just excellent! I really like this one.

Wing position, HA, and outstretched talons! WOW. What a gorgeous bird!

My only point is the same as Akos', more leading room to the right, otherwise that is it.

Thanks to everyone for the comments. It was pointed out to me in a pm that I got my pp a bit wrong and that the selective changing of the bird and bg was visible on the edges of the primary feathers. On a closer look I found that he was right!

I usually try to contract my selections in order to avoid just this, but somehow missed it here. Here is a version with an attempt at fixing the problem.

    Steve,

Beautiful shot I just wish our local Jackal Buzzard would give me such an opportunity, sitting on telephone poles is not as inspiring as a rock edge:)

Awesome timing, and perfect pose! I agree with more room at right. The feather outlines do look better on the repost.

Stephen this shot is awesome. The HA and wing position really makes the image for me. Adding some canvas to the right would really knock it out of the park IMO. Your inclusion of the take off spot and the pleasing bg also help a ton. TFS this winner!!
