    This is the adult that was guarding the nest where I found the fledging GHO.

    A bit busy, but that is often the type of habitat they are observed in. The biggest culprit, for me, is the light FG OOF branch in the LLC. I also wish the light angle was better as half the face is rather dark. A touch of fill would have helped here. Quite the stare!!

    It's always great to find an owl in its habitat. I like the eye contact and might sharpen more. The setting is busy but I don't think you could have done anything about it.
