    Looks like maybe it could use a little sharpening. I would crop some off the bottom or try it as a vertical.

    Rodney I like head angle and the colours on this bird as well as the muted BG. I'll echo Jeff's suggestion of a possible portrait format.

    Like the vertical better but maybe add a little canvas to the top

    I love the vertical! That gives you enough of the BG to appreciate the colors without leaving the bird feeling small inside the frame. Wonderful perch - love the way his feet wrap around from behind!
