Osprey with whole fish!

Got many Osprey shots on the boat with Al, Fabs and Axel, they don't like the head, get rid of it fast!!! Only keep the head when want to show off to the girls!!! Will fly and scream many times with it.



5D MKII 500 f/4, f/5.6 1/2000 sec ISO 400. BTW, whites are very challenging, best is to expose for the whites with no blinkies and then pull the rest which is what I have done here,

A very strong diagonal is one of the best poses for flight. Great getting this one with the head of the fish still on.

Nailed it !! Those birds are impressive with a full spread and having an entire fish takes it over the top !!! ... I did not keep track how many gig I took but there were a few :)

Arash, perfect diagonal comp here. Excellent detail, pose, bright eye, and the blood on the fish adds interest.
