    Default Willow Flycatcher

My first post will be of a Willow Flycatcher that I just shot a couple of days ago. Great site and I'm looking forward to frequenting it for comments and honest critique. Thanks!

Im still pretty new too, but welcome to BPN and nice image to start. I like the detail on the bird and the blue sky BG. The shooting angle is not ideal. Some will say the flowers around the bird might be distracting and to clone them out but I like the way it frames the subject...Look forward to seeing more of your work:)

Welcome to BPN, Gizzo! Very nice first post. I like the sharpness and head angle and wish for a lower angle. You could try to tone down the perch more. Keep them coming!

Willows are hard to capture, great picture and I agree with toning down the perch

Thanks for the comments guys. I agree totally about the over exposure on the perch. These guys are tough to get on a low angle without a blind. I hid behind a tree to get a bit closer.

    Great feedback, thanks.
