Hey Peter,
You'll have to explain the HH thing to me one day and f13.....I tend to go to f22 and almost always tripod. I love the lines but am debating if it is a touch over sharpened......still very effective and as Dave mentioned.....very good job minimizing the sky and finding nice curves. Looks like I will have to pay a visit to S. Africa just for the dunes!!!

I don't think it is oversharpened, just strong side lighting increasing the contrast in the sand.

Nice work of the ripples acting as leading lines into the image.
