A little too central for me Ken, plus the face looking behind me does really draw my attention. The light is good, but would have dropped the ISO as you had plenty of SS and might have helped with the definition & detail. Might suggest again another round of USM on the head & body only. Anything you can do on the bottom lh corner as my eye keeps getting drawn there?

Hi Ken, I liked the lovely light, the alert ear position, and the glint in the eye. Also liked that the background line was level with the kudus back. I agree with Steve about the lh front corner being a little distracting.

Like the light and pose. Great shot of those huge ears on male and female Kudu.
After that I noticed another animal, in front, in grass?
Of course would like bigger horns :) These could go another one and half twists could they not?

    Ken,
Nice light. A narrow aperture like f9 would have been great here. I don't mind the composition, since the head is in offcentre position. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

There is no other animal in front, I have quite a few Kudus with "triple twists", took this for the light.

Nice light and I like the pose. I'd certainly be most happy with this image. :)
