Ghosts in the Grass...
One of my favourite cheetah shots from our Kalahari trip last year...
This was taken after 3 young males failed to stalk a springbok with stealth and gave up before the chase even started - to my dismay. This shot captured them slinking away into the waves of grass at last light of day.
Many would say I should clone out the blade of grass that crosses the front cheetah's face, but I feel it gives a great sense of the environment and how these guys can melt away into the long desert grass.
