    Default Great Egret

Is this a good neck position? Composition?
Any comments and critiques are appreciated.

Don't know about the neck position, but it someone remind me of an alien

Composition I would crop a bit more from the top, but I think it's personal taste here. Your image look sharp with great details in the white and a nice uniform background to boost for a portrait shot.

Lovely details in the whites - exposure looks spot on.
BG looks good - the lighter blue area in upper left corner draws the attention just a little.
    Still - mighty fine.

I love the composition of this portrait Troy, and as Lance mentions the exposure is dead on.
    Regards,
