    Default Lioness - late evening

We were watching a pride of Lions in Mashatu, Botswana, all enjoying there afternonn siesta. Then within a few minutes all were active getting ready to move off for a night's hunting. The light was fantastic and I though this lioness represented the feeling that you got that they were just about to move.

Not sure if it works as there is no real eye contact. Let me know if it is a keeper and I'll then have a go a cleanig up some of the FG grass which is a bit distracting but a lot of work and not worth the effort if not a keeper.

    Thanks

    Michael

Hi Michael, Love the head, detail and the beautiful light.
The grasses do not bother me that much(only the one by his mouth) but I would have preferred not seeing another animal in the backround.
