Love the bird, and the background Ofer. Nicely exposed to balance white and black. Great sharpness and colour in the eye. I don't know the bird at all, so don't know how much detail is usually apparent in the white parts...I suspect not a lot, but they appear to be a bit soft (maybe it's the 2x?). For composition, I feel it is a bit too tight on the bottom in particular, where there isn't quite enough room in the frame for the bird's virtual left leg (the part of it you don't see that is in the water). A bit more room up top wouldn't hurt either.

    Cheers!

lovely angle, light, colour and pose Ofer - I might add just another hint of sharpening as I'm missing some sharpness on the finer plumage, but it might be my monitor as well :)

    Hi Ofer,
Excellent low angle and great exposure plus pose, I would also add a tad more sharpening, detail is there just a bit more pop will take it to the top.

    Excellent work my friend!

Ofer, IQ is great. Eye really sharp and pops. Lovely pose and just WOW on the whites. You have brought out the cotton-y texture perfectly.

The DOF is a little too shallow here IMO. The bird is a tad tight I think. You surely know that :-) A 1.4x instead of 2x would have been the better tool?

Love the shot, agree with sharpening, but only on the areas needed. :)
