Lighten, boost color, boost saturation (blow some red here), NR, blurred more on the head, crop and sharpen.
Taken last year, the shot was miss focus from the eye to the feet instead, glad I didn't trash this to never ever land yet. Regrading composition, should I complete crop off the eye?
Hi - like the landing :) I would crop some from the top getting rid of the eye at least as it does draw attention away from what you want the main subject to be.

Hi, I like the feet but agree that the rest of the bird is taking away from the center of interest. I would crop just below the beak and a little at the bottom. This will really emphasize the feet...
Hi Thanaboon Mighty fine set of feet in action, wold take Dave's advice and evict to top side of bird then crop some form the bottom !! You got a real good one Like the action and angle made !!!
